technician (BT)
A Behavior Technician implements individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). They work directly with clients to promote positive behavioral changes and skill development through structured activities and data collection. Behavior Technicians also assist in maintaining accurate records of client progress and provide support to families and caregivers.​

The pay for this position ranges between $27-$33 per hour based on experience and is currently part-time only. Modern Steps ABA does not offer beneifts as part of employment at this time.
